Warranty policy 

Urguan Lines Company for Industry provides a warranty for its products, and is responsible for maintenance and repair of any defects or problems that may arise during the warranty period. This policy includes a ten-year warranty, covering all possible defects in materials and manufacturing processes, as well as door systems and any defects that may be present in the materials used in manufacturing. In addition, the company provides a two-year warranty that covers lighting products, built-in light sensors, and various accessories. This warranty is limited to personal indoor use only and does not apply to commercial or outdoor uses.

The warranty is specific to the goods that are installed by the Al-Urjwan Lines Factory, and the warranty does not include the goods that are installed by the customer himself or by a third party.

This warranty is void and cannot be used in cases involving damage to the product resulting from improper storage or use in outdoor environments, exposure to direct sunlight, improper use, misuse, unauthorized modifications, scratches, breakages, or damages. Resulting from the use of inappropriate cleaning products.

The factory offers a warranty on any manufacturing defects, while providing an exchange service for parts that may be affected by these defects or as a result of errors during the installation or shipping process. It is expected that these defects will appear during the installation period, so the customer's receipt of the product once installation is complete is deemed to be a confirmation of its quality, thus relieving the manufacturer from any liability thereafter.

If the customer desires to obtain maintenance services from the specialized technicians of Arjwan Lines for Industry after the expiration of the specified warranty period or outside the warranty, this service is available for a fee. The cost of each maintenance visit after the warranty period is 300 riyals. These fees are separate and do not include the costs of any materials that may be used during the maintenance process. If it is agreed to carry out maintenance work, the cost of this visit will be deducted from the total value of the maintenance bill.

The repair period for defects that fall under warranty is limited to a maximum of thirty working days from the date the manufacturer receives the product. While the duration of repair for defects not covered by warranty terms may vary according to the nature and requirements of the necessary maintenance. Furthermore, shipping or delivery service takes a maximum of seven business days, and this period does not count towards the scheduled maintenance time.
